Manto

This dish is one of the popular dishes of the people of Afghanistan, this dish is made from dough and, it is steamed in special pots called manto pot, manto is made from a combination of minced meat, special spices and cilantro, the ingredients are filled in the dough and cooked, this dish can be eaten, garnished with chickpeas and yogurt.
