COME EXPLORE THE BEAUTY OF AFGHANISTAN, IT’S PEOPLE, IT’S CULTURE, AND IT’S FOOD!

About ten Afghan families (supported by Kara Culp and Hannah Lapo) are putting on an AFGHAN CULTURAL EVENT at the end of April.  There will be pictures, food, clothing, a children’s corner, a place set up to look like an Afghan home, music, etc.  This is a chance for Afghans to show you the things that make them beautiful!  If you come for nothing else than the food, you will be happy!  There will be lots of delicious Afghan food to sample.  Ticket sales will help pay for the ingredients and other costs to put on the event.  Any profit will go to help Afghan refugees.  A few of the Afghan ladies are willing to sell their food, so if you have a party or a special meal coming up, sample their cooking and then book your event with them.  If you would like to help with set up or clean up (or other tasks) let Kara or Hannah know.
